Ranch Activities

Laughing Pony Rescue offers the following activities at our beautiful ranch located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.  All horses used in lessons, trail rides, and training have been rescued and rehabilitated.  They are sound, quiet, and well trained.

Riding Lessons
1 hour single riding lesson: $70.00
Monthly: $325 (includes 5 lessons, horsemanship, saddling, and bonding)
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  We also ask that all other childen under 18 that are visiting our ranch during lessons are required to stay with parents at all times for safety.  There is no outside food allowed on ranch pemisies.

Therapeutic Riding
We offer therapeutic riding sessions for individuals and groups with high functioning disabilities of all ages as well as veterans.  Therapeutic riding has been proven to be beneficial for individuals who have cognitive, physical, or emotional conditions. These sessions are at no cost with physician consent.  Please contact us for rider application. 

Trail Rides
Trail ride through beautiful Rancho Santa Fe, CA: $150 per person/per hour
(Minimum 2 hours)

Overnight Camping rides: Please call for locations & prices.

Boarding & Training
Single horse boarding $550.00 per month (includes daily turn out, corral cleaning & hay fed three times daily.  Please call for stall size, additional feeding packages, and dental/hoof services.)

Training is available for boarded horses for an additional cost.  We also train horses that are off site.  Depending on level of training needed, price will be determined during initial meeting session. 

We have yet to meet a horse we couldn't train!

Adoptions & Sponsorships 
Laughing Pony Rescue has on site horses for adoption and tax-deductible sponsorship opprotunities.  If you are looking for a particular type of horse, we have a large network of rescue's that are looking for wonderful homes.
